Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for ICHD-3 without aura migraine; 2. Age 18-65 years old; 3. At least 1 year of migraine history; 4. In the past 1 month, headache attacks have occurred 2-8 times every 4 weeks (including 2 and 8 times); 5. Have not taken any medication with prophylactic migraine effects in the past 1 month, such as beta-receptor blockers, calcium channel blockers, antiepileptic drugs, antidepressants, and 5-HT receptor blockers, etc.; 6. Have not received acupuncture treatment in the past 1 month; 7. The subject signs an informed consent form and voluntarily participates in this trial.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who take painkillers for headaches more than 10 times a month; 2. Those who have used antipsychotic or antidepressant drugs within the past month; 3. Those who have used medications to control migraine attacks within the past month; 4. Those who are allergic to alcohol or have abused alcohol or other drugs; 5. Those with serious primary diseases such as cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney, and hematopoietic system; 6. Those with acupuncture contraindications, such as blood disorders and local infections; 7. Those with headaches as a symptom of other diseases, such as hypertension, post-traumatic brain injury syndrome, and intracranial organic lesions; 8. Those with other special types of migraines.
