Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? AP patients meet the 2012 revised AP Atlanta classification and grading criteria; ? AP patients and healthy adult subjects who underwent functional gastric ultrasound in the ultrasound department and cooperated with the 1-hour follow-up visit; ?With well-established general clinical information; ? Age 18-70 years old; ? BMI = 30kg/m².
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Obvious organic lesions in the digestive tract (e.g. ulcers, tumours, etc.) or a history of gastrointestinal surgery; ? Other diseases that cause upper gastrointestinal symptoms (e.g. functional dyspepsia, gastro-oesophageal reflux disease, post fundoplication syndrome, diabetes mellitus, etc.); ? Systemic diseases that have an impact on digestive function (e.g. cerebrovascular accident, scleroderma, etc.); ?Taking drugs that affect gastrointestinal dynamics within 3 days before the onset of the disease; ?Pregnant or breastfeeding women and those who cannot cooperate to complete the examination.
