Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ?Gout patients who meet the 2015 ACR/EULAR classification criteria for gout and are in the intermittent and chronic stages, with blood uric acid levels =480µmol/L. ?Gout patients diagnosed with spleen-kidney damp obstruction syndrome. ?Age between 18 and 65 years old. ?Patients who are informed about the study and provide their voluntary consent to participate.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ?Patients with severe organ damage or those suffering from severe mental disorders. ?Patients who have allergies to the drugs involved in the research protocol or have contraindications for their use.
