Experimental group:Cyproheptadine 0.1-0.2mg/kg, q12h+ Pancreatin
Control group:12-24M: pancreatin 75mg bid
24-36M: pancreatin: 150mg bid

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Simultaneously meet the following three requirements: a) Male or female, aged 1-3 years; b) Meets the above diagnostic criteria for malnutrition; c) Stable vital signs; d) The parents or guardians of the child understand the research purpose and sign a written letter of understanding.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Meet any one of the following conditions: a) Allergy to cyproheptadine; b) According to the clinical judgment of the investigator, the current or previous diseases/conditions that may interfere with this study or its outcome parameters are known, such as liver and kidney dysfunction, gastrointestinal malformations, congenital, genetic or metabolic diseases, autoimmune diseases or immune deficiency diseases, active tuberculosis, inflammatory bowel disease, chronic lung diseases, malignant tumors or children undergoing major surgery; c) Those who have participated in other projects or are deemed unsuitable for inclusion by researchers.
