Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) All patients who were hospitalized for acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) were discharged after improvement. (2) The diagnostic criteria for COPD were in accordance with the Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease of the Chinese Medical Association. (3) Age greater than 60 years old.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) In addition to COPD, suffering from other diseases that may lead to COPD, such as severe bronchodilatation, tuberculosis destroying lungs, thoracic deformities, chronic neuromuscular diseases, etc. (2) Consciousness impairment that prevents effective communication; malignant tumors, severe left heart failure, uremic stage of renal failure, severe hepatic failure, and other diseases with an expected survival time of < 1 year.
