Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) age = 18 years old, (2) perform elective general anesthesia, (3) patients with undiagnosed VTE before operation, (4)patients can effectively communicate with each other and answer questions.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) the relevant laboratory examination was not perfect before operation; (2) anticoagulant drugs such as heparin were used during operation; (3) patients transferred to hospital after operation.
