Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? GDM patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of GDM in the Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Hyperglycemia in Pregnancy (2022) and are diagnosed by doctors; ? Single pregnancy; ? Pregnant women at 24 to 28 weeks of gestation; ? Regular prenatal examination and the establishment and improvement of pregnant women's health manual.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) People with a history of yam allergy; (2) Pregnancy complicated with other complications; (3) Those who need to use drugs as diagnosed by doctors; (4) those who are receiving other dietary therapy in addition to regular dietary therapy; (5) Patients with cognitive impairment and mental illness.
