Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 30-80 years with first-time stroke; 2. First-ever stroke with a diagnosis consistent with the diagnostic points for each type of cerebrovascular disease passed at the Fourth National Academic Conference on Cerebrovascular Disease in 1995; 3. The site of stroke is mainly concentrated subcortical, non-multiple stroke sites; 4. Upper limb in the flaccid phase, upper limb or hand Brunnstrom stage I-II; 5. Stroke occurred 0.5 to 3 months prior to the first assessment; 6. Able to follow and consent instructions without obvious listening and comprehension deficits (Mini-Mental State Examination score >= 23); 7. Right-handedness and was able to sit in a comfortable chair about 1 hour; 8. Had not received formal Chinese medicine rehabilitation treatment before the clinical trial; 9. Patients or their relatives were willing to sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria (1) Non-first stroke; (2) Inpatients with unconsciousness, MMSE scale evaluation suggesting dementia, combined with disorders such as sensory aphasia or psychiatric disorders, who are unable to cooperate with examination and treatment; (3) Patients with a combination of serious primary diseases of the heart, liver, kidney, and haematopoietic system; (4) Patients with pacemakers; (5) Patients with stroke with critical organ failure or critical condition and diseases or states such as cancer that have an impact on the patient's quality of life beyond post-stroke limb dysfunction; (6) Patients with severe combined coagulation abnormalities, high risk of bleeding, and infected lesions at the site of administration; patients with contraindications to needling;
