61 Years to 95 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age =60 years old; They met the assessment criteria of cognitive frailty (Fried phenotype score =1, MMSE score 18-26); All patients met the criteria of ADL mild to moderate disorder (FIM score 36-107); They will not leave the nursing home during the trial; Informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participated in training to improve physical function or cognition in the past 6 months; Severe ADL disorder, no self-care ability; Impaired attention, listening or language communication; Having a neurological condition such as dementia; There are virtual reality technology diseases.
