18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: subjects schedule for initial colonoscopy screening and without anti-platelet medicine use history in the past 5 days.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients with poor bowel preparation (Boston Bowel Preparation Scale, BBPS score < 6 points or any segmental score < 2 points); colorectal surgery history; IBD; FAP; colonoscope withdrawal time less than 6 min; and patients who refused to participate in the study.
