40 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 40-75 years asymptomatic participants scheduled for same-day BDE examination without sedation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those who have contraindications to gastrointestinal endoscopy; history of gastrointestinal surgery; patients with polyposis syndrome; endoscopy surgery; patients with poor bowel preparation (Boston Bowel Preparation Scale, BBPS score < 6 points or any segmental score < 2 points); failure to reach the cecum due to bowel obstruction; colonoscope withdrawal time less than 6 min; gastric retention or other situation that affect AI score and patients who refused to participate in the study.
