Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Diagnosis of CHD; ? The age is between 18 and 59 years old; ? Have normal communication skills; (4) have returned to work; ? Voluntarily participate in and cooperate with the research, and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) accompanied by malignant tumors and other diseases that can seriously affect survival, such as malignant tumors and advanced liver and kidney diseases; ? Hearing impairment or communication disorder.
