Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for patients with mild cognitive impairment: 1. Age:60-75 years 2. Meets diagnostic criteria of mild cognitive impairment 3. CDR = 0.5 4. Right-handed The age of healthy subjects was 60-75 years old; In the recent three months, there was no decrease in cognitive function such as memory; Right handedness
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for patients with mild cognitive impairment: 1. Deafness, blindness, or other physical diseases, unable to cooperate with cognitive tests 2. Suffering from mental illnesses such as severe depression, schizophrenia, or confusion, delirium, etc. that affect cognitive function assessment 3. Other neurodegenerative diseases, brain trauma, tumors, infections; Cognitive impairment caused by Endocrine system diseases such as decreased thyroid and adrenal function, alcohol, drug abuse, psychotropic substances, etc 4. Unable to cooperate in completing the assessment due to low cultural level, advanced age, or other factors The exclusion criteria of healthy subjects were: having a history of chronic pain for three months or more; Long term use of psychotropic drugs; No known history of mental or neurological diseases; Low education level, old age or other factors cannot cooperate to complete the assessment; Left handedness
