Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All the enrolled children met the diagnostic criteria for cerebral palsy in the Chinese Cerebral Palsy Rehabilitation Guidelines (2015), and all had surgical evidence. The anesthesia grades of the American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) were grade I and Grade II. For children (4-12 years old) undergoing lower limb orthopedic surgery under general anesthesia, parents of the enrolled children were aware of the purpose and significance of this study, and all signed the informed consent to participate in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Children with serious underlying diseases such as respiratory system, cardiovascular system and nervous system; Children with congenital or hereditary diseases; Children who are allergic to narcotic drugs or have a history of severe allergy.
