18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age: 18-80 years old; (2) Laparoscopic radical gastrectomy for distal gastric cancer; (3) Stage =pIII (according to AJCC cancer stage 8 edition) Gastric adenocarcinoma was confirmed by postoperative histopathology; (4) No chemotherapy or radiotherapy before surgery; (5) No parenteral nutrition, acute inflammation or other immune diseases before surgery; (6) No history or metastasis of other malignant tumors; (7) Complete clinicopathological and follow-up data.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Surgical contraindications, such as severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction, diaphragmatic hernia, coagulation dysfunction, portal hypertension, pregnancy, etc.; (2) have mental symptoms and cannot communicate effectively; (3) Patients who underwent emergency surgery for bleeding, perforation or obstruction, or who died of surgical complications within 30 days of surgery, were excluded.
