Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Age = 18 years; ? Confirmed diagnosis of colorectal cancer without distant metastasis; ? Scheduled for primary preventive ostomy surgery upon first admission; ? Providing informed consent and volunteering to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Individuals with language and cognitive impairments; ? Those who are surgical candidates but are intolerant to surgery with severe complications or death; ? Participants concurrently engaged in other psychosocial intervention measures during the same period.
