Age
18 Years to 45 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with epilepsy, meeting the 2014 International ILAE epilepsy diagnostic criteria and 2017 ILAE epilepsy classification criteria; 2.Women; 3.Pregnant patients before the 16th week of pregnancy; 4.Patients exposed to antiepileptic drugs at the time of conception 5.Patients willing to sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnant patients after the 16th week of pregnancy; 2.Patients who do not live locally for a long time or are otherwise unable to follow up; 3.Patients unable to conceive due to hysterectomy or adnexectomy; 4.Patients without autonomous ability, severe mental disorder or other reasons can not cooperate with the study.
