Inclusion criteria: Retrospective study: Inclusion criteria: (1) Clinically diagnosed with severe RAS (reduction of renal artery lumen diameter by = 60%); (2) Age = 60 and = 85 years old, regardless of gender; (3) Clinical, laboratory examination, and imaging data are complete; Prospective study: Inclusion criteria: (1) Clinically diagnosed with severe RAS (reduction of renal artery lumen diameter by = 60%); (2) Age = 60 and = 85 years old, regardless of gender; (3) Those who voluntarily participate and sign an informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Retrospective study: Exclusion criteria: (1) Severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction; (2) Patients with advanced tumors; Prospective study: Exclusion criteria: (1) Severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction; (2) Patients with advanced tumors; (3) Renal artery occlusion; (4) Those with unclear ultrasound or other imaging images.
