Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients considered to have myocardial focal scar through clinical history, electrocardiogram, laboratory examination or CMR-LGE examination.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (a) Acute myocardial infarction, angina pectoris without myocardial infarction, cardiac tumor, congenital heart disease, pericarditis; (b) Arrhythmia or tachycardia; (c) Serum creatinine level is greater than 1.5 mg/dL; (d) Known iodine allergy; (e) Pregnant women and patients with claustrophobia; (f) The history of confirmed malignant tumor; (g) There are ferromagnetic metal foreign bodies in the body; (h) Those who cannot brake for a long time.
