Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Age =18 years =90 years, 2) VSAQ score =7 points, 3) 7ml/kg/min=VO2max< 15ml/kg/min or 5ml/kg/min=AT< 11ml/kg/min, 4) peritoneal tumor cell reduction and thermoperfusion chemotherapy were to be performed during the operation, 5) BMI was less than or equal to 35,6) ASA grade I-III, 7) understood and signed the informed consent and volunteered to accept the clinical trial
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) neuromusculoskeletal disease, 2) patients with serious cardiac disease before surgery (severe arrhythmia, history of myocardial infarction or heart failure within 1 month, severe valvular disease, aortic dissection), 3) acute upper respiratory tract or lung infection, uncontrolled asthma, moderate to massive pleural effusion within the last 2 weeks, 4) head, neck and chest malformation, 5) internal electrical activity implants, 6) active bleeding, 7) deep venous thrombosis of the lower extremities, 8) contraindications to general anesthesia, 9) inability to inform consent, and 10) patients deemed unfit by other investigators.
