Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria: (Estimated sample size of 1500 people) 1. HIV-positive MSM: Males aged >= 18 years who have engaged in anal or oral sex with men in the past year; either infected with HIV or patients. Sample sourced from the Infectious Diseases Department of Tianjin Second People's Hospital; sample size of 300 people; 2. HIV-negative MSM: Males aged >= 18 years who have engaged in anal or oral sex with men in the past year and are HIV antibody-negative. Sample sourced from social organization network recruitment or MSM community event venues; sample size of 600 people; 3. Heterosexual Males: Males aged >= 18 years who have engaged in vaginal, anal, or oral sex with women in the past year. Sample sourced from medical institutions' urology/STD clinics and other male patients; sample size of 600 people.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Previously vaccinated with any type of HPV vaccine, including bivalent, quadrivalent, or nonavalent; 2. Never engaged in sexual activity; 3. Underwent other surgical procedures on genital, anal, or oral areas within the last six months, excluding wart removal; 4. Participated in other drug clinical trials within the last six months; 5. Unable to cooperate in completing swab samples from all three areas; 6. Other conditions deemed unsuitable for inclusion by the researchers.
