Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age = 18 years old; 2. Performed tracheal intubation and tracheal intubation time < 24 hours. 3. The duration of mechanical ventilation was expected to above 48 hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Age < 18 years old; 2. The duration of mechanical ventilation above 24 hours; 3. After tracheotomy; 4. Participated in other clinical studies; 5. Refused to participate in the study.
