45 Years to 55 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Those who meet the diagnostic criteria for perimenopausal insomnia; no history of pregnancy, childbirth, or breastfeeding within 6 months; preservation of the uterus and at least one ovary; no serious systemic disease, no hematologic disease, no malignancy; no gynecologic endocrine disease, such as premature ovarian failure, polycystic ovary syndrome; no history of sex hormone use.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who do not meet the TCM or Western medicine diagnostic criteria for perimenopausal insomnia; pregnant or lactating women; women with bilateral ovariectomy, ovarian tumors or breast tumors; untreated irregular vaginal bleeding of unknown origin; patients with serious primary diseases such as cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, hepatic, renal and hematopoietic system in combination, psychiatric patients; patients who have used sex hormone drugs within the last month, or participated in other clinical trials.
