Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: COPD diagnosis by pulmonary function test in line with global initiative for chronic obstructive lung disease
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: No history of thoracic and abdominal surgery and thoracic deformity, no use of drugs that affect muscle function, and other respiratory diseases such as atelectasis, pulmonary fibrosis, pneumothorax, pleural effusion, etc., excluding myasthenia gravis, phrenic nerve palsy, unstable angina, heart failure with myocardial infarction or drug control within the past 3 months, cerebrovascular lesions, limb disabilities, cognitive impairment and communication difficulties. Patients who developed an acute exacerbation of COPD during follow-up were excluded.
