Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Compliance with the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders(DSM-5) or ICD-10(international Classification of diseases) diagnostic criteria for depression, bipolar disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, or schizophrenia. 2. Aged 18-65 years old. 3. (1) Depression or bipolar disorder -- depressive phase: HAMD score =20 (2) Generalized anxiety disorder: HAMA=14 points (3) Bipolar disorder - manic phase: YMRS=6 points (4) Schizophrenia: PANSS score =65 4. Sign informed consent;.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Under the age of 18 or above the age of 65. 2. Patients with severe primary diseases of cardiovascular, lung, liver, kidney and hematopoietic systems and severe organic brain diseases. 3. Alcohol and/or psychoactive substance, drug abusers and dependent persons (including sleeping pills). 4. Those who cannot understand the content of the scale due to the lack of consciousness, language barrier, intelligence and education level.
