18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Men and women aged 18-60 years old; ? In line with the diagnostic criteria for depression, a clear diagnosis of depression patients. ? Sign informed consent and agree to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? 60 years old; ? Severe heart failure (grade III or IV heart function); ? Recent acute myocardial infarction or unstable angina pectoris; (4) Gastric retention, gastrointestinal bleeding and intestinal torsion; ? Suspected or confirmed intestinal obstruction or perforation; ? Suspected or confirmed inflammatory bowel disease; ? Toxic enteritis or megacolon; ? combined with cirrhosis and severe renal insufficiency; ? Other mental illness (except depression) can not cooperate with the examination; ? People who are intolerant or allergic to intestinal preparation drugs.
