Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1: Age =18 years and =65 years, regardless of gender 2: Meet the diagnostic criteria for lumbar disc herniation 3: Duration of disease =3 months 4: VAS score >3mm and =7 5: Voluntarily participate in the study and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1: History of previous severe spinal trauma 2: Imaging Patients seen with spinal bone tumors, tuberculosis, osteoporosis, etc. 3: Serious neurological deficits, such as cauda equina injury. 4: Combined cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, hematopoietic, digestive system and other serious diseases or psychiatric patients 5: Patients with other autoimmune diseases, allergic diseases and acute or chronic infections. 6: Participating in other clinical trials within the last 3 months.
