Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)Patients diagnosed with non-small cell lung cancer in four institutions in China from July 2012 to 2020 (Fujian Medical University Union Hospital , Putian First Hospital, Ningde Municipal Hospital of Ningde Normal University, and the First Hospital of Nanping ) were included (2) patients undergoing radical surgery (3) those undergoing lobectomy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The following exclusion criteria were used: (1) patients with multiple primary LUADs; (2) those undergoing wedge or segmental resection; (3) those lacking clinicopathological information or follow-up data; (4) those succumbing to mortality within 1 month postoperatively; (5) those with non-tumor-related deaths
