Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Twin live birth; (2) gestational age =28 weeks; (3) The results of blood routine, urine routine, blood biochemistry (liver and kidney function) and coagulation function test were negative before 20 weeks of pregnancy. (4) The pregnant woman's blood pressure is negative before 20 weeks of pregnancy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) pregnancy complicated with chronic hypertension, chronic hypertension complicated with preeclampsia; (2) abortion, induced labor, fetal reduction, sudden fetal death, intrauterine, fetal development abnormalities, etc.; (3) monochorionic monoamniotic sac twins, conjoined fetuses, chorionic ambiguity; (4) Incomplete data (such as mid-transfer, Doppler ultrasound and other data missing).
