Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age of 18-80 years old; (2) within 3 days of onset; (3) patients with a definite diagnosis of coronary heart disease and undergoing angiography; Case group: (1) Age 18-80 years old; (2) Within 3 days of onset; (3) Patients diagnosed with coronary heart disease and undergoing angiography; (4) Fasting blood glucose exceeds 7.0mmol/L, or random blood glucose exceeds 11.1mmol/L;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) those without informed consent; (2) allergic diseases such as asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; (3) High fever, pregnancy, severe infection, malignant tumor, severe liver and kidney dysfunction; (4) rheumatic immune-related diseases; Blood system diseases; Skeletal muscle injury; Nervous system diseases; (5) patients who did not receive treatment or withdrew from the study during treatment;
