Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meets the diagnostic criteria for RA classification proposed by the American Rheumatology Society/European Alliance against Rheumatology in 2010; 2. In the active phase of the disease and DAS28 = 3.2; 3. Age = 60 years old; 4. Not receiving immunosuppressive therapy within 5 years prior to enrollment; 5. No contraindications for brain magnetic resonance imaging examination; 6. Sign an informed consent form;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Poor control of blood sugar and blood pressure, or presence of liver and kidney dysfunction, hematological system, gastrointestinal ulcer diseases, tumors, acute and chronic infections, etc; 2. Accompanying other rheumatic and immune diseases or having acute central inflammatory demyelinating diseases; 3. Inability to tolerate or exhibit significant adverse reactions to Methotrexate or Yisaipu; 4. Unable to cooperate with follow-up visits.
