Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) It meets the diagnostic criteria of ischemic stroke in the Chinese guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of acute ischemic stroke 2018 issued by the Chinese Medical Association; 2) It met the diagnostic criteria for hypertension in the 2010 Revision of the guidelines for the prevention and treatment of hypertension in China; 3) Age = 75 years old, onset time = 7 days; 4) TCM syndrome differentiation is hyperactivity of liver yang; 5) Be able to cooperate with rehabilitation scale assessment and lower extremity vascular examination; 6) Voluntarily participate in the clinical trial and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Identify lower limb dysfunction not caused by stroke; 2) Patients with severe primary chronic diseases such as heart, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system and endocrine system; 3) Patients with lower limb ulcers and skin ulcers; 4) Patients who could not complete brain MRI+DWI; 5) Metal parts or implanted electronic devices (such as cardiac pacemakers) in the body; 6) Severe bleeding tendency.
