Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Critically ill patients who require intraoperative central venous puncture for monitoring central venous pressure, rapid transfusion of blood and vasoactive drugs, and who have been confirmed by two anaesthesiologists with the title of attending physician or above, who need to perform central venous puncture catheterisation during anaesthesia surgery, and who are not more than 6 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: infection at the puncture site, malformation at the puncture site,family members refuse to participate in the study.
