Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1-6 years of age, the need for arterial puncture cannulation was confirmed by two paediatric anaesthetists.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Infection at the puncture site, malformation at the puncture site, Allen test is positive, family members refuse to participate in the study.
