45 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. age 45-75 years, gender is not limited; 2. patients with a Western medical diagnosis of primary PD and a UPDRS Part III resting tremor score of =2, with tremor occurring in at least one upper or lower limb; 3. Chinese medicine diagnosis of tremor disease or tremor detention disease; 4. Those with H-Y grading criteria between 1-3; 5. having a fixed anti-Parkinsonian drug treatment regimen prior to enrollment and having received medication for at least 3 months; 6. right-handed; 7. normal cognitive function (MMSE: 17 points for illiterate, 20 points for elementary school, 24 points for secondary school or above); 8. no depressive tendencies (BDI 4 points); 9. those who agreed to be observed in this study and signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with secondary Parkinson's syndrome or Parkinson's superimposed syndrome; 2. Patients with severe cardiovascular or cerebrovascular disease or bone and joint disease causing difficulty in walking; 3. Pregnant or lactating patients; 4. Those who cannot perform fMRI examination for various reasons; 5. people with cognitive function defects; 6. those with depressive tendency; 7. those who cannot accept and complete the treatment as required.
