A2:cervical injection of 1:500000 epinephrine 10ml

N:cervical injection of saline 10ml

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1: scheduled for LEEP surgery 2: 18-70 years old 3: BMI 18~32kg/m2 4: ASAI-?

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1: with contraindication to any drugs used in this study 2: cardiovascular system diseases 3: neurological disease 4: unable to communicate before surgery 5: long-term use of psychotropic drugs or opioids 6: any other conditions that were not appropriate for this study 7: refused to participate in this study 8: involved in other clinical trials
