Glucocorticoid osteoporosis

Interventions

treatment group:Oral 600mg calcium carbonate D3 once daily Oral 0.5ug alfacalcitol tablets once daily Oral Goldtiger capsules, three capsules three times a day
control group:Oral 600mg calcium carbonate D3 once daily Oral 0.5ug alfacalcitol tablets once daily Ritidronate sodium 35mg was given orally once a week

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (i) patients with glucocorticoid-treated related diseases who have been treated with glucocorticoid for more than 3 months; (ii) patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for osteoporosis; (iii) people with good compliance; and (iv) those who voluntarily signed an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) patients with primary osteoporosis or secondary osteoporosis caused by non-glucocorticoid hormones; (2) patients with cardiac, hepatic, renal, pulmonary and other vital organ insufficiency; (3) patients with hormone-related diseases, such as pituitary, thyroid, parathyroid, adrenocortical dysfunction of the disease (hyper- or hypocorticism) and other histories; (4) patients who have taken drugs affecting bone metabolism within six months; (5) patients with bone loss due to other causes (such as tumors, osteochondritis dissecans, hyperparathyroidism, Paget's disease, osteogenesis imperfecta, and other diseases); (6) patients with a history of mental disorders.
