Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 60 years; 2. ASA grade I-III; 3. Patients with indications for hepatectomy surgery and operating time of not less than 2 hours; 4. Agreed to participate in this study and signed an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. People with contraindications to sevoflurane use; 2. Allergic to lipoic acid; 3. Patients with serious heart, lung, kidney and other vital organ diseases; 4. Patients with serious infectious diseases, endocrine system diseases and blood system diseases; 5. People with a history of smoking, alcohol and drug abuse; 6. Received radiation or antioxidant medication in the week before surgery.
