Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Meets the diagnostic criteria of the Asian Musculopathy Research Group: limb skeletal muscle mass index<7.0 kg/m2 for males and<5.7 kg/m2 for females; Slow down: Walk below 0.8 m/s. ? Have no habit of regular physical exercise; ? Long term chronic disease status; ? Volunteer to participate in this study and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Patients with diseases that directly affect the quality of human skeletal muscles, such as skeletal muscle atrophy caused by long-term bed rest in patients with cerebral infarction, and cachexia in cancer patients; ? Patients with rheumatic immune related diseases, such as lupus, rheumatoid arthritis, etc; ? Install an artificial pacemaker or place an artificial joint inside the body; ? Thrombosis in the thigh area. ? Cognitive impairment, speech impairment or hearing impairment.
