Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Maternity aged = 18 years, without communication barriers; 2. Delivery gestation = 37 weeks; 3. Selective cesarean section; 4. Single pregnancy; 5. Intraspinal anesthesia;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The puerpera has serious complications or complications; Such as placenta previa, placenta implantation and eclampsia; 2. The newborn has serious diseases, such as neonatal asphyxia, neonatal malformation, etc; 3. Those who are unable to breastfeed, such as women suffering from AIDS, syphilis or breast surgery history; 4. Multiple pregnancy; 5. No skin contact between mother and baby; 6. General anesthesia; 7. The pregnant women have no intention of breastfeeding;
