18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age > 18 years old; 2. OPCABG surgery should be performed at an appropriate time. 3. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Grade ?-?.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. NYHA grade IV, severe cardiac conduction block and sinus bradycardia; 2, liver and kidney dysfunction; 3. Mental diseases; 4. Long-term use of antidepressants, sedatives, or opioid analgesics; 5. patients or family members do not agree with this study; 6. Patients undergoing OPCABG surgery in emergency department. 7. The use of dexmedetomidine was terminated early due to adverse reactions such as hypotension, bradycardia, and sinus arrest
