Gold Standard:Medication response and discontinuation prognosis will be obtained through medical records and follow-up, while text features will be manually extracted by experienced neurologists

Index test:Machine learning algorithms developed based on features such as medical history, physical examination, laboratory results, EEG, and MRI imaging
