Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Newly diagnosed thoracolumbar (T9-L3) fracture patient requiring screw fixation 2) Sign informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Severe osteoporosis 2) Old fractures 3) Severe pedicle deformities 4) Severe systemic diseases 5) Coagulation disorders 6) Pathological fractures 7) Patients with tuberculosis and tumors
