18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age 18-65 years old; (2) Preoperative blood routine, biochemical, and electrocardiogram examinations have been completed without obvious abnormalities; (3) The American Anesthesiologists Association (ASA) is classified as Class I or II; (4) No respiratory, circulatory, liver and kidney dysfunction, or endocrine disorders; (5) Mallampati improvement score = 3; (6) Body Mass Index (BMI) 18-28 kg/m2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Individuals who are allergic to drugs such as esketamine, opioids, and propofol; (2) Severe dysfunction of organs such as the heart, lungs, liver, and kidneys; (3) Have a history of upper respiratory tract infection in the past 2 weeks; (4) Poor control of hypertension; (5) Hyperthyroidism; (6) Suffering from neurological and psychiatric disorders such as epilepsy and cognitive dysfunction; (7) Have taken benzodiazepines or opioids within the past 3 months; (8) Participated in clinical trials of other drugs within the past 3 months; (9) The patient and their family members refused to participate in this study.
