Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-80 2. Gold standard diagnosis or COPD, FEV1 <80%, FEV1/FVC<70 3. Diagnosed as primary lung cancer according to Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and treatment of primary lung cancer (pathologically confirmed within one month of enrollment) 4.5 Inclusion ratio of research centers: 1:1:1:1:1
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.HIV positive 2. Patients with active pulmonary tuberculosis infection found through medical history or CT examination, or patients with active pulmonary tuberculosis infection history within 1 year before enrollment, or patients with active pulmonary tuberculosis infection history more than 1 year ago but without formal treatment 3. Patients with autoimmune disease assessed to interfere with the study 4. patients with other pulmonary disease assessed to interfere with the study 5. Subjects considered unsuitable for the study by the investigator for other reasons
