Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Be between the ages of 18-28 and be right-handed; (2) Be in good health, with no cardiovascular disease, no respiratory disease, and no other functionally impaired disease; (3) No recent medication; (4) Normal levels of intelligence and visual acuity; (5) Prior to the intervention, the subjects had no regular exercise habits; (6) Right sharp hand; (7) The scores of STAT questionnaire, State Anxiety Inventory (S-AI) and Trait Anxiety Inventory (T-AI) sections were all greater than or equal to 20; (8) Self-Assessment Scale for Anxiety (SAS) scores greater than or equal to 50.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Poor status unable to cooperate with the researcher; (2) Subjects with other emotional disorders such as depression and anxiety; (3) Subjects with exercise contraindications; (4) Subjects with sleep disorders or a history of taking medications that affect cognitive function.
