Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: ? The main complaint of neck pain meets the diagnostic criteria of non-specific neck pain; Age between 18 and 60 years old, male and female; ? The course of neck pain for at least 3 months and the frequency of neck pain is greater than 3 times per week; ?The baseline score of the 100-point visual analogue Scale (VAS) was between 30 and 70 points; ? Can understand and use Chinese correctly and express their own wishes clearly; ? Volunteer to participate in the trial and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Red flag signs of rehabilitation treatment: tumor, tuberculosis, nervous system disease or vascular disease, neck fracture, cervical infection or inflammatory arthritis, osteomyelitis and senile osteoporosis; ? Acute stage of neck pain, secondary neck pain caused by other diseases (such as tumor, fibromyalgia), shoulder diseases (such as shoulder tendinitis, bursitis, etc.); ? combined with other mental diseases, unable to cooperate with treatment; Patients who have had neck surgery or are receiving other treatments; ? Contraindications of manual treatment: skin infection, ulceration, pregnancy at the treatment site.
