Control group:In the control group, on the day of liver cancer patients admitted to the ward, nurses carried out health education according to the liver cancer postoperative manual, including routine
Iintervention group:On the basis of the control group, the Precede-Proceed model was implemented. Precede-proceed model included nine steps in a continuous cycle

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Patients with confirmed primary liver cancer and expected survival = 12 months ? Patients with known disease ? Have not used any oral care products and received antibacterial medication in the last one week;can do mouth rinsing ? Informed consent and willingness to participate in this study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Those with other serious physical diseases in combination ? Patients with severe cognitive impairment ? Those with oral infection and/or primary oral disease existing at the time of admission
