Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients identified for lower leg amputation due to primary disease 2. BMI in the normal range (18-24 kg/m2). 3.18-80 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Incomplete anatomical tissue of the below-knee amputated limb 2. Surgical changes
