Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ?Differentiated thyroid carcinoma was identified by preoperative FNAC (fine needle puncture pathology) or intraoperative freezing pathology.?According to ATA (American Thyroid Association) standards, papillary carcinoma with a maximum nodule diameter of less than 10mm (intraoperative freezing pathology) that exists only in a unilateral gland is defined as micropapillary carcinoma, unilateral lobectomy plus isthmus resection, unilateral central lymph node dissection, total thyroidectomy for remaining differentiated cancers, and bilateral central lymph node dissection.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ?Age less than 15 years old or more than 78 years old; ?pregnant women; ?There are serious organic diseases that need to be completed as soon as possible; ?history of surgery in the neck area; ?consistent with the diagnosis of retrosternal thyroid; ?FNAC or intraoperative pathology considering medullary carcinoma or undifferentiated carcinoma.
